The NASCAR Test on Wednesday, October 14 at Phoenix International Raceway will be open to race fans.

NASCAR will conduct an open testing session at Phoenix International Raceway on Wednesday, Oct. 14, and race fans are invited to attend.

Drivers expected to participate in the testing session include Chase for the Sprint Cup Contenders Kurt Busch, Jeff Gordon, Matt Kenseth, Brad Keselowski, Ryan Newman and Martin Truex Jr.  NASCAR Sprint Cup Series competitors Jamie McMurray and Ricky Stenhouse Jr. are also scheduled to participate in the session.

PIR is requesting that fans make a $5 donation to Phoenix Raceway Charities for admission to the testing session. Phoenix Raceway Charities is a Donor Advised Fund under The NASCAR Foundation, and its mission is to accelerate the development of children in Arizona by supporting education, children and families of our military and military veterans, and life enrichment programs for children and families in our community.

The testing session will begin at 9 a.m. local time, and gates will open at 8 a.m.  Free parking will be available in the Citrus and Competitor lots, and fans will enter the track at Gate 7.  The Jimmy Bryan Grandstand, located at the Start/Finish line, will be opened for fans and seating will be general admission.
